Covid-19

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we at Mission Creek Animal Hospital are taking the recommendations for social distancing from our government very seriously to help keep all of us in the best health possible.
We are continuing to monitor the situation closely. To date we have enhanced our already rigorous cleaning methods and our staff will remain home if they are feeling sick or if any of their family members are sick.
We would ask any owners who are sick, have sick family members, or have recently returned from international travel to please avoid coming into the clinic. For those of you that this affects we will be offering phone consult appointments. This may be offered to the majority of our clients in the near future.
It is possible that soon we may need to ask that any non-essential surgeries and appointments be postponed. These would include annual health exams, vaccines, elective surgeries, etc.
We have also recently launched an online purchasing site to allow all our clients to purchase dog food, cat food, treats, toys and other supplies. There are also options for purchasing refills of chronic medications. These purchases can be delivered to the clinic for pickup or shipped directly to your home. Visit our website to sign up: http://www.myvetstore.ca/MissionCreek
We recognize that this is a rapidly evolving situation and things may change quickly. We will continue to update you with any further changes to our business.
We hope all of you and your families remain healthy in this challenging time.
Drs Andrew and Tannis McCarthy and the rest of the doctors and staff at Mission Creek Animal Hospital.
