Marissa
Veterinary Office Assistant
Marissa has been a part of the Mission Creek team for a few years now! She started off by volunteering and quickly moved up to being a trusted Veterinary Assistant. Marissa grew up in the Okanagan, and has her BSc in Zoology from UBCO. She loves being in a position to help our patients feel safe and cared for, communicating and educating clients, and learning new skills every day. Outside of work she lives a life full of activity - find her on the trails, hiking or running, tossing weights around at the gym, or enjoying a sweet treat with a good book!
Training
Every member of the team participates in continuing education programs to further expand our expertise and experience.
Innovation
We employ innovative approaches to complete pet health care from the puppy and kitten stages through adulthood to the senior years.
Immediate Care
We offer on-site diagnostic testing, surgeries, dental care, ultrasounds, x-rays and an in-house pharmacy to provide immediate pet care.
